What is CAD / CAM?

CAD / CAM is the process of using CAD drawing tools to describe geometries used by the CAM portion of the program that defines a tool path that will direct the motion of a computer operated tool to machine the exact shape that was drawn.

We offer professional designers to assist all you ideas and can recreate them in both 2D design and 3D modeling. We use Corel Draw, Auto Cad and 3D Aspire for our software design tools and have a full library available with ready to cut models on our gallery page..

• V Carving and Lettering

This technique uses CNC motion with a v shaped cutter to give a classic chiseled look (also called chip carving) to lettering or other shapes that would traditionally have been carved by hand.

V-carving is a great way to add an impressive look to your project. Your customers can make their purchase very personal. Importantly, because the layout process is still in 2D, it is relatively easy to allow the customer to be creative on the designs, and from a production point of view v carved letters can be cut fairly quickly and cost effective.
